Where do you offer same-day delivery?

Across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area: postal codes starting with M, or with L in the GTA. Hamilton, Niagara, Barrie and anywhere further out are shipped. If you’re right at the edge, message us and we’ll confirm before you order.

What if I’m outside the GTA?

We ship. Canada-wide takes 2–5 business days after dispatch and worldwide takes 5–12. Both are tracked, and you get a number as soon as it leaves.

What if I miss the cutoff?

No problem. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next evening. You’ll still get a confirmation straight away.

How much does delivery cost?

$10 across Toronto, $15 across the GTA — free over $60 and $80 respectively. Shipping is $20 in Canada and $35 worldwide, free over $150 and $250.

How will my order be packaged?

In its original Shroomverse packaging, inside an unbranded outer bag. City orders are padded and kept cool; shipped orders are boxed and tracked.

Do I pay duties on international orders?

Sometimes. Import duties or taxes are set by your country, not by us, and aren’t included in the total. Most small parcels arrive without any charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if the rider hasn’t left or the parcel hasn’t been posted. Call or text us at (416) 618-1454, or message us on Instagram, as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Call, text or message us within 7 days of delivery at (416) 618-1454 and we’ll put it right. If a pouch, bar or bottle arrives damaged, or you get the wrong item, we replace it or refund it. Send your order number and, if you can, a photo.

How do I pay?

Interac e-transfer, or cash on delivery in Toronto and the GTA. Shipped orders can be paid by e-transfer or crypto. We confirm the total before anything moves.
